Registration and Agent Representative Search Service

The FDA (Food and Drug Administration) is the Federal Agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services responsible for regulating food (for both humans and animals), drugs (human and veterinary), cosmetics, medical devices (human and veterinary), biological products, and blood derivatives.

This service is aimed at companies producing food products and packaging that export to the approximately fifty territories of the United States of America.

It is carried out in collaboration with our partners on-site and includes advice and follow-up related to two phases:

Registration with the FDA
– Identification of a company’s agent representative in the U.S. for a one-year term

Among other responsibilities, the FDA is in charge of:

  • Protecting public health by regulating the supply of food, cosmetics, dietary supplements, human and veterinary medicines, vaccines and other viral products, medical devices, and products that emit radiation.
  • Helping to respond to possible terrorist threats targeting the food chain or other controlled products.
  • Registering facilities and establishments that produce, process, package, and store food for human or animal consumption, as well as products, by-products, and raw materials related to their preparation, intended for export to the U.S. or transit through the U.S. en route to a third country.
