En este contexto, se suele apuntar que el&nbsp;<strong>talento femenino<\/strong>&nbsp;se caracteriza por el desarrollo de competencias altamente valoradas por las empresas, como el&nbsp;<strong>trabajo en equipo<\/strong>, la&nbsp;<strong>transparencia<\/strong>, la&nbsp;<strong>polivalencia<\/strong>&nbsp;y el&nbsp;<strong>compromiso<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No obstante, la&nbsp;<strong>presencia femenina en la industria<\/strong>&nbsp;dista a\u00fan de ser la deseable, y resulta aconsejable que se tomen&nbsp;<strong>medidas<\/strong>&nbsp;en diferentes \u00e1mbitos con la finalidad de aumentar el n\u00famero de mujeres ocupadas y facilitar as\u00ed un&nbsp;<strong>equilibrio de g\u00e9nero<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el estudio \u2018<a href=\"http:\/\/www.accio.gencat.cat\/web\/.content\/bancconeixement\/documents\/altres_publicacions\/01_papers_observatori_industria_dones.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Les dones en el sector industrial a Catalunya<\/a>\u2019 la directora de An\u00e1lisis Econ\u00f3mico de la Cambra de Barcelona, Carme Poveda, apunta las medidas siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1- Aumentar la participaci\u00f3n femenina en la&nbsp;<strong>formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y tecnol\u00f3gica<\/strong>, acercando la tecnolog\u00eda a las chicas ya desde la primaria.<br>2- Cambiar la&nbsp;<strong>percepci\u00f3n social<\/strong>&nbsp;de la industria explicando la importancia del sector industrial, los trabajos que se realizan y las oportunidades laborales que ofrece.<br>3- Garantizar que mujeres y hombres tengan las&nbsp;<strong>mismas oportunidades<\/strong>&nbsp;profesionales aumentando la flexibilidad del horario de trabajo para facilitar la compatibilidad con las responsabilidades familiares.<br>4- Proporcionar&nbsp;<strong>metas factibles<\/strong>&nbsp;para las mujeres y dar el apoyo necesario para que tengan \u00e9xito velando para que los criterios de promoci\u00f3n se apliquen igual que a los hombres.<br>5- Comprometerse, desde la direcci\u00f3n de la empresa, a alcanzar un mayor equilibrio de g\u00e9nero fijando&nbsp;<strong>objetivos concretos<\/strong>, aprobando un&nbsp;<strong>plan<\/strong>&nbsp;y estableciendo&nbsp;<strong>plazos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.donaempresaeconomia.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Observatorio Mujer, Empresa y Econom\u00eda<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;de la Cambra de Barcelona es un foro de&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.donaempresaeconomia.org\/coneixement-i-reflexio\/publicacions-i-estudis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">estudio<\/a>&nbsp;y reflexi\u00f3n que contribuye a poner en valor a las mujeres profesionales, emprendedoras y empresarias.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El sector industrial afronta retos importantes esta pr\u00f3xima d\u00e9cada y, para superarlos, deber\u00e1 ser capaz de atraer y retener mejor el talento.
