Likewise, the user undertakes not to use\r\nthe website or the services provided through it for unlawful purposes or effects contrary to\r\nthe content of this Legal Notice, that harm the interests or rights of third parties, or that in\r\nany way may damage, disable or deteriorate the website or its services or prevent\r\nsatisfactory use of the website by other users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Similarly, the user expressly agrees not to destroy, alter, disable, or otherwise damage the\r\ndata, programs, electronic documents, and others found on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The user agrees not to obstruct other users\u2019 access to the access service through the mass\r\nconsumption of computing resources through which the Chamber provides the service, as\r\nwell as not to perform actions that damage, interrupt, or generate errors in said systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The user agrees not to introduce programs, viruses, macros, applets, ActiveX controls, or\r\nany other logical device or character sequence that causes or may cause any type of\r\nalteration in the Chamber\u2019s or third parties\u2019 computer systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The user agrees not to misuse information, messages, graphics, drawings, sound and\/or\r\nimage files, photographs, recordings, software, and, in general, any kind of material\r\naccessible through the web or the services it offers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Except in cases where the Chamber expressly authorizes it, it is not allowed to establish links from third-party portals or websites to web pages of the Chamber, different from the main page of its portal, accessible at the URL address http:\/\/www.cambrabcn.org, or the one\r\nthat replaces it in the future; nor is it allowed to present the Chamber\u2019s web pages or the information they contain under frames, distinctive signs, trademarks, or commercial or social denominations of another person, company, or entity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading heading-2\"><strong>\r\n<\/strong><strong>INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This website and all its contents, including texts, documents, photographs, drawings, graphic\r\nrepresentations, databases, software, as well as logos, trademarks, trade names, and other\r\ndistinctive signs, are the property of the Chamber or third parties who have authorized its\r\nuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The website, including, but not limited to, its programming, editing, compilation, and other\r\nelements necessary for its operation, designs, logos, photographs, text and\/or graphics, are\r\nthe property of the Chamber or, where applicable, has the license or express authorization\r\nfrom the authors. All the contents of the website are duly protected by intellectual and\/or\r\nindustrial property regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Regardless of the purpose for which the contents were intended, their total or partial\r\nreproduction, use, exploitation, distribution, and commercialization, requires prior written\r\nauthorization from the Chamber. Any use not previously authorized by the Chamber will be\r\nconsidered a serious breach of the author&#8217;s intellectual or industrial property rights, as well\r\nas the right to privacy and personal image of the persons that may appear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Designs, logos, texts, photographs, and\/or graphics, external to the Chamber and that may\r\nappear on the website, belong to their respective owners being themselves responsible for\r\nany possible controversy that may arise in respect thereof. In any case, the Chamber has\r\nthe express and prior authorization from the authors for their publication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The user and\/or visitor to the website undertakes to respect these rights and, consequently,\r\nnot to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, display, or represent any of its\r\ncontents, without having been previously authorized, expressly and in writing, by the\r\nChamber. Additionally, they commit not to perform any other activity that could infringe the\r\nintellectual property rights of the Chamber, collaborators, sponsors, or third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Chamber may prevent the publication of certain content, or remove it from the portal, if it considers that there may be a violation of current legislation, the rights of third parties, or if it receives any communication to that effect. In principle,\r\ncorrect operation can be guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Likewise, the Chamber and the user, unless\r\nprohibited by any regulation, waive any other jurisdiction and submit to the courts and\r\ntribunals of the Chamber\u2019s domicile for any dispute that may arise.
